I’m renting out my cosy, renovated house in Gentbrugge for short term rents (min 3 months).
The house has one bedroom, a fully installed kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a workspace, a living room and a patio.
The house comes fully furnished including linens, kitchenware, a washer and dryer and a television set.
The house is not suitable for children, and pets are not allowed.
Area: ‘old Gentbrugge’, which is close to the Arbed Park, 10 mins by bike to Gent Zuid. 10 mins walk to Gentbrugge Station, close to E40/E17 and R4 ensuring a quick connection with Antwerp and Brussels.
Price per month: 950 EUR, with internet and water included. Gas and electricity are excluded and depend on market prices (currently 140 EUR).
